Gunbuster Perfect Guide

On top of the cover, the following was printed: The future, when humans beings had already marched out to the universe, the Earth was exposed to the threat of huge space monsters.  In order to oppose this threat, human beings produced matchless robot arms.  Its name is "Gunbuster."  Noriko, whose talent was found by the coach, overcomes severe special training and hot fighting with a rival, and will fly to the universe.

This DVD included a 161 page hardcover book.  The DVD fits on the cover of the book.  On the DVD were four chapters.  The first three chapters featured interview of three different staff member.  The last chapter was of the seiyuus of the three main characters of the series:  Noriko Hidaka (Noriko Takaya), Rei Sakuma (Kazumi Amano), and Maria Kawamaru (Jung Freud).  The book included full color images throughout the series.  It also included line art, staff interviews, and covers of various books and magazines published over the years from the series.  The book illustration was done by Haruhiko Mikimoto, who originally did the character designs for the series.  The DVD was coded Region 2.
